Residents are welcome to bring their pet and enjoy life with their furry friend. While residents are required to care for their pet, our team promises to love them too! Many of our team members are animal lovers who are cat crusaders and have worked at animal shelters. Our activities calendar includes visits from therapy dogs.

Our memory care neighborhood, called “Gemstone Lane” pays homage to Teepa Snow’s vision that all Alzheimer and dementia residents are precious gems at different stages of the disease. Their specific needs are addressed and we understand that each resident does not interact the same way.

We will treat and care for our residents as individuals each with their unique personalities, interests, psychological and physical needs. Our Resident Council and Food Council is comprised of our residents who will share with us their likes and dislikes so that activities, meals, and entertainment are dictated by their passions, not by corporate rules.
