Riverview Memory Care for Your Loved One!
Memory Care with personal care! Live effortlessly at Twin Creeks in the heart of Riverview. A Specially Designed Memory Care Community.
Twin Creeks residents with memory-related illnesses, such as Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, feel secure in our specially designed memory care community.
A private, secure outdoor courtyard is filled with beautiful gardens and planters for the residents to enjoy and use.

Our Resident Life Coordinator gets to personally know each of our residents. This includes personal history, previous and current interests, and their abilities. Our coordinator then works with our specially trained staff to create an individualized wellness program that provides not only intellectual stimulation but also gives opportunities to reminisce about past careers, relationships, and family life.
Our common areas have been designed to implement the programs suggested by the RLC. Twin Creeks has special common area rooms designed for residents to “putter”—an activity to help stimulate the brain, bringing back those past career and family life memories.
For example, a gentleman who worked as an engineer might enjoy putting things together and taking them apart again. We will provide an area for him to fasten buckles and locks so he can continue to use his hands. A lady who has spent her life keeping an impeccable home might enjoy re-arranging and organizing our wardrobe full of linens and towels.
All of the services that are available to our Assisted Living residents are available to those in the Memory Care apartments. See them here.
These enjoyable activities were selected because they promote brain health while not being over-stimulating. Participation is based on the needs and abilities of each resident. Some of the activities that our residents enjoy and which allow for appropriate group interaction are:
At Twin Creeks, we understand that memory loss is more than a diagnosis — it’s a deeply personal journey that affects each resident and family in unique ways. Our staff participate in ongoing education and certification programs focused on:

Behavioral support rooted in respect and dignity
We stay current with the latest research and best practices so our team can respond confidently, compassionately, and proactively to each resident’s needs.

We know that quality of life is shaped by daily experiences — not just clinical care. That’s why we emphasize:
Meaningful engagement: Activities designed to promote purpose, joy, cognitive stimulation, and social connection
Consistent, familiar caregiving: To help residents feel secure and understood
Therapeutic environments: Safe, calming spaces that support independence and comfort
Routine with flexibility: Structures that reduce stress while honoring personal preferences
Above all, Twin Creeks’ Memory Care team treats every resident like family. We listen. We observe. We respond with patience and heart. Our goal is simple yet profound:
to help each resident live with dignity, connection, and meaningful moments each and every day.
Simply put, if you are asking the question, it might already be time. There are clear things that make the timing more urgent:
Dementia often comes with behaviors which are out of their control. It is important to remember that often the person with dementia is unaware of what is happening.
