

Nick Seidl
Executive Director
As the Executive Director of Twin Creeks, Nick’s main focus is to ensure all residents feel that Twin Creeks is their home. He likes to live by the mantra “We are guests in their home”. He was in the restaurant business until he found his true passion in Senior Living. Nick has been in the industry for 9 years and loves every minute of it. He has been mentored by Amy VanKleeck for the past 4 years. Nick believes Amy is one of the best, and he is excited to continue her legacy at Twin Creeks. Nick prioritizes listening to all of the residents’ concerns, ideas, and suggestions. He enjoys creating solutions to any concerns that may arise.
Nick was born in Munich, Germany and moved to Florida when he was 18 years old. He is married to his beautiful wife of 7 years. They have 3 children (two step children at the ages of 16 and 13, and one daughter who just turned 2). Nick loves spending time with his family outdoors–especially at the beach!

Van Lewis
Maintenance Director
Van Lewis started at Twin Creeks in a part time position assisting with maintenance tasks and special projects early in 2022. He stepped up to the Maintenance Director position to ensure that everything is in tip top condition and that Twin Creeks is a safe and comfortable place that residents can call home. With a background in law enforcement, he feels it is important to always be looking out for others. He makes sure everything is code compliant and that day to day operations run smoothly. He loves listening to the stories and histories of the people who live here.

Kathleen Fanning
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director Kathleen Fanning enjoys bringing in new residents to the community. She loves working with families to help give our residents the best possible next chapter of their lives. Getting to know new residents, their likes and dislikes, their life history and the amazing lives that they have led is one of the biggest perks of the job for her. She has a degree in gerontology-the study of aging and is a former paramedic. She spent a decade as wellness professional so she knows how to promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle. She lives in Riverview and has traveled the world volunteering in countries like India and Indonesia. She rides a motorcycle, is a vegetarian, and love animals of all kinds.

John Pielet
Business Director
John Pielet is available to answer any financial questions that Twin Creeks residents or family members have. With over 23 years of experience in the senior living he brings a wealth of knowledge to our accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. He’s lived in Riverview for over 2 and ½ years and started working for Twin Creeks in 2022. He loves to travel, take his dog on walks, bike ride and Kayak.

Jerome Jackson
Chef and Food Service Director
Jerome Jackson provides great food and nourishment for the residents at Twin Creeks as the Chef and Food Service Director. He has a passion for cooking and works with an amazing crew that feels more like a family. As a self-taught chef he worked his way up from a dishwasher and progressed to the kitchen where he honed his skills by watching and working with other cooks. His extensive experience in the restaurant and food industry helps him run a quality dining experience for all the residents. He also is a cook for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and occasionally some of the players come and visit as a special treat.

Carla A. Wadlington
Director of Memory Care
Carla Wadlington has a passion for Seniors & Dementia Care. She engages with the residents one on one to build relationships and connections. She works with the families and finds unique ways to serve their loved ones. She has almost 30 years working in the Human Service and Counseling field and has a passion for Geriatrics. Experience includes working as Skilled Social Service Director, and a Care Manager for an Elder Attorney & Private Case Management Group. She receives continual training in the dementia process from the Alzheimer’s Association AlzStar and is a member of the Aging Life Care Association. She is an active member of the Riverview Community for over 7 years. She loves to sing and has regular “Karaoke with Carla Wednesday’s” for the residents.

Kristy Tuttle
Life Enrichment Director
Kristy’s outgoing personality and never-ending energy keeps our residents active and engaged 24/7. Her ability to listen to our resident’s interest and hobbies allows her to customize the activities on a regular basis involving all in a joyful ever-changing environment here at Twin Creeks. She enjoys getting a resident to step out of their box and try something new or helping a resident rekindle an old pastime. Her experience owning her own business and teaching classes all over the world helps her organize and facilitate engaging events. Originally from Texas, Kristy moved to Tampa 3 years ago. Nearly one year ago she found her sense of community and family at Twin Creeks.

Jennifer Smith
Resident Care Director
As Resident Care Director, Jennifer Smith is responsible for the health and well-being of all the residents at Twin Creeks. She worked in healthcare for over 20 years and has a passion for our elder community. Her experience includes hospitals, skilled care, and assisted living facilities. She loves interacting with each resident family and staff member. Twin Creeks feels like a family to her. She has lived in Riverview for over 11 years and been building up team members at Twin Creeks for 4. She enjoys travel and learning about other cultures. Her family is her greatest joy.

Andrea Saudi
Human Resource Director
Andrea Saudi, Human Resource Director, is responsible for building and maintaining a loving and caring staff. She enjoys onboarding team members with great competitive pay and benefits. With an open-door policy, she is always available to help the staff. With extensive corporate experience with Sprint and Robert Half she handles the details of compliance, recruitment, and retention. She lives in FishHawk and has worked for Twin Creeks since 2019. She is a proud momma and wife who loves Spartan football and cheering on her kids.
