As the Executive Director of Twin Creeks, Christy’s main focus is to ensure all residents feel that Twin Creeks is their home. Christy listens to all of the residents’ concerns, ideas, and suggestions.

Jessica has 17 years of Senior Living experience. Her passion for working with seniors grew as a child helping take care of her grandmother. Some of her most treasured childhood memories are spending time with her grandmother. Jessica enjoys discovering and learning about seniors’ journeys and guiding them into the next important phase in life, Assisted Living or Memory Care. She guides families with excellent communication, active listening skills and experience. Her goal is to find the best solution for your loved one.

Born in South Georgia and raised in Florida Jessica really enjoys dancing, family events, serving at her local church and having brunch with friends.

As Resident Care Director, Jennifer Smith is responsible for the health and well-being of all the residents at Twin Creeks. She worked in healthcare for over 20 years and has a passion for our elder community. Her experience includes hospitals, skilled care, and assisted living facilities. She loves interacting with each resident family and staff member. Twin Creeks feels like a family to her. She has lived in Riverview for over 11 years and been building up team members at Twin Creeks for 4. She enjoys travel and learning about other cultures. Her family is her greatest joy.

Andrea Saudi, Business Director/Human Resource Director, is responsible for building and maintaining a loving and caring staff. She enjoys onboarding team members with great competitive pay and benefits. With an open-door policy, she is always available to help the staff. With extensive corporate experience with Sprint and Robert Half she handles the details of compliance, recruitment, and retention. She lives in FishHawk and has worked for Twin Creeks since 2019. She is a proud momma and wife who loves Spartan football and cheering on her kids.

Jerome Jackson provides great food and nourishment for the residents at Twin Creeks as the Chef and Food Service Director. He has a passion for cooking and works with an amazing crew that feels more like a family. As a self-taught chef he worked his way up from a dishwasher and progressed to the kitchen where he honed his skills by watching and working with other cooks. His extensive experience in the restaurant and food industry helps him run a quality dining experience for all the residents. He also is a cook for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and occasionally some of the players come and visit as a special treat.

Jhamena is our resident care manager. She has been a nurse for 2 years. When she was a little girl, she initially wanted to be a doctor, but then her mom was diagnosed with cancer and she realized nurses interacted with her mom the most. As early as 7 years old she was helping her mom, taking care of her, ensuring that she was taking her medications, and going to appointments. Things a typical 7-year-old wouldn’t or shouldn’t do. Being a nurse isn’t just a career it’s a passion, a connection to the families, resident, patients. Treating each person as if they were her mother. She likes to do DIYs, travel, makeup and nails. She is trilingual, speaking English, Spanish & Portuguese.

Rickeh Martinez is a dedicated and passionate maintenance professional who is serving as the Maintenance Director at Twin Creeks Assisted Living. He has exceptional experience with over 10 years in the industry. With his unwavering commitment to the facility, Rickeh has played a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.

Rickeh’s love for the residents of Twin Creeks Assisted Living is unmatched. His warm and caring nature has created a strong bond with the residents, and he goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Whether it’s fixing a leaky faucet, maintaining electrical systems or handling any other maintenance requests, Rickeh consistently provides efficient and effective solutions with a smile.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Rickeh has a profound passion for cars and sports. He finds joy in exploring the world of automobiles, from classic beauties to modern marvels. With a keen eye for detail and an understanding of mechanical intricacies, Rickeh often finds himself tinkering with car parts and upgrading vehicles in his spare time.

Additionally, Rickeh is a sports enthusiast. He enjoys being part of the lively debates and discussions surrounding games, players, and strategies. Frequently attending local matches, Rickeh’s enthusiasm for sports serves as another outlet for his vibrant personality.

Rickeh Martinez’s combination of expertise in maintenance and genuine care for the residents make him an exceptional Maintenance Director.
