Med Tech / Resident Aide / Dietary Aide

Job Requirements:

Understands and practices infection control techniques.
Understands incident reporting and reports incidents in a required and timely manner.
Reports any changes in resident’s condition immediately to the nurse.
Understands resident’s rights and reports any signs of abuse or neglect immediately.
Communicates with other staff members in a professional manner.
Attends all required staff meetings, shift to shift cross over meetings, in-services, and other meetings directed by the Resident Care Director.
Identifies ongoing needs of residents and provides highest quality ADL care.
Ensures proper follow through and communication of resident needs to nurse and family as required.
Understands resident's individual service plan and provides care based on resident’s unique needs and preferences.
Provides documentation as required.
Responds to all resident and family needs in a timely and professional manner.
Maintains confidentiality of all resident health information.
Completes resident care in a timely manner
Completes all required training and attends required in-services.
