Katie is native to Ohio but has been a Floridian for almost 20 years. She is a Speech-Language Pathologist and has been serving the Twin Creeks community as our primary Speech Therapist since 2021 and recently moved into the role of Rehab Director in December 2022.
KC
Physical Therapist
KC has been a physical therapist for 23 years, specializing primarily in Hospital/Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, and Home Health during her career. KC became a PT after seeing her grandmother learn to walk again following a stroke. She is excited to help maximize our resident’s quality of life!
Leah
Occupational Therapy Assistant
Leah is a native Floridian from Brandon, FL and has been serving the Twin Creeks community the primary Occupational Therapy practitioner since 2023.
What separates us?
Legacy Healthcare Services has been a non-profit organization since 2018. This allows us to provide therapy services to those most in need!
As an outpatient therapy provider, we have a dedicated, full-service therapy center with equipment, right here in Twin Creeks! We are well-positioned to notice subtle functional changes within each resident and work closely with nursing, dietary, and administrative staff to identify and address needs within this community.
